Wat Prasat Sema (វត្តប្រាសាទសីមា - Pronounced: Woit Pra-saht Seh-mah)
The site of a modern temple site, that has some stone blocks reportedly moved here from Prasat Phum Tuol Prasat. We are assuming that there are laterite and sandstone blocks present, as reported by Thon, who recalls from his childhood visits, and believes that the modern temple was not built on the foundations of an earlier temple.
However, based on a recent visit by Samnang, there appears to be a large number of uncarved sandstone blocks and laterite blocks which could indicate that the modern temple site was built on the foundations of an earlier site, whilst anything of significance was transported from Prasat Phum Tuol Prasat for safe keeping.
Please be advised, as per coordinates, the site looks to sit in Anlong Veng commune, but according to Thon who grew up there, the area is locally known to be in Trapeang Tav commune. Upon official inspection of government records the villages in this area, including O Angrae village are still registered as being in Trapeang Tav, however visually on the map it oddly enough falls in the Anlong Veng commune.
