Bumibhol Fort (ค่ายภูมิพล - Pronounced: Khai Bhumee-pon)
Functioning military base north of Lopburi City which is listed as the provenance of a seated Buddha image currently housed in the King Narai National Museum. The Bayon-style statue features a Sanskrit inscription on its back - also ascribed to the late 12th century. To our knowledge, there are no reports of any vestiges, additional artefacts or ancient sites within the base and the precise location and circumstances under which the statue was found are unknown. (We think the inscription corresponds to K.411 although this requires confirmation.)
